Greetings one and all!!! Just wanted to let you know that you’re not crazy. I’m changing my name back to the Norse Goddess name I was born with – Lauritsen.
You’ll see the new name from now on, and just think, those ‘Sanchez’ paintings you own may have just become more valuable! Thank you!!

Ray at Night, Saturday Dec 11. Come see me!
Greetings and Salutations, one and all, those in the thralls of the Holiday vortex!
Gift searching has begun, and there’s no better way to find a thoughtful gift for someone than to come see me and my artwork at the next Ray at Night. Saturday, December 11 from 6pm-10pm in the heart of North Park San Diego. There is always groovy music, lots of art, and some very interesting characters to watch.
Come get your Holiday on!
Plus, right around the corner from Ray at Night is True North Tavern, where many of my pieces will be showing (and selling) for the entire month of December.
Wishing you the very best of holidays!

Ray at Night this Saturday, 11/13/10, 6-9pm
Please join me this Saturday, Nov 13, from 6-9pm at the monthly art festival known as Ray At Night. Located between University Ave and North Park Way, Ray at Night is the premier venue for local San Diego artists to showcase their work. Ray at Night has both indoor and outdoor galleries, amazingly diverse collection of artwork.
Christmas is just around the corner. Scary. I’ll have all kinds of stuff priced from $4 to, I dunno … a $million. ;-) Stop by for some hot toddies, see some art (and buy mine!), then get dessert around the corner at Heaven Sent Desserts. They show old silent movies on the wall there.
Sorry I’m pushing Christmas so early, but we’re all so busy, we want to be prepared.
Happy Holidays one and all!

The Latest!
Here is my latest painting, inspired by a snow leopard I saw at the zoo this past summer. It’s a good-size painting at 24″ x 36″ x 1.5″. I used glass beads on this painting, too, to give it some interesting texture. You’ll also see flecks of copper. And then there are the color blocks running through the whole painting. These represent different lighting situations in which the leopard would find itself.
This is an original painting. Sells for $850. Free shipping.
Thank you for your support!
